Report scammer
I need to report a scammer. Seller mevbi_0 sold me an item on pre-order with the promise to ship when it released ~3 months later and then never did. I know now that this was a stupid thing for me to buy, I don’t need any help figuring that out, and I know that eBay will not help me get my money back. But this seller has a 90% positive feedback rating, I have no way to contact them or leave feedback, and I want to report them so they won’t be able to scam other people. eBay does not seem to have any way to do this so how can I?

Mentor11 months ago@jonaol86 You may have some protection with your bank or credit card for a fraud charge back.
Sellers are supposed to only offer Presale items if they can ship within 40 days of the date of the sale.

The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies> other
Then state in the box that the seller violated the presale policy and did not deliver the item as promised. Add the item number
Don't add more details as AI reads this.

OP11 months agoThank you! I don’t have any recourse at this point through my credit card (Citi) but I’m glad to have the link. I could not find that anywhere on eBay.
