Report incorrect listing
Can't find anything on ebay as to how to report sellers. Was contacted by someone whose listing says item in new, unopened, original packaging, etc. but picture clearly shows it's out of the box. Description isn't thorough, either. See a complaint on this seller. Just trying to help others avoid him. Thanks.

Mentor1 year ago@soccer6227. To report a listing on a computer click on the ? mark on the lower right of the listing screen.
On the app tap the 3 dots on the upper right. Then select help and report.
Chances are though that the listing won't be removed, this is why eBay has the eBay Money Back Guarantee that overrules a seller's return policy.

I don’t see it on the listing page either. I just assumed it was my old phone and my old glasses.
To your point, online shopping requires us to be diligent.
Buyers have the money back guarantee if they aren’t satisfied.
Going through the MBG would have an impact on the sellers metrics. eBay will take action against the seller if they get enough of these demerits.
They can also leave appropriate feedback.
Being diligent means to look at ALL aspects of a transaction.
Return policy,
seller’s registered location,
feedback received,
replies to customers who leave negative feedback,
feedback they leave for buyers,
the description compared to photos.
Then again, people will buy anything.
