There is a person on Instagram with a huge following teaching his people to dropship from Amazon to ebay directly. Its illegal and he openly teaches it. I've got his videos where he self incriminates. Any advice?

"Any advice?"

Report those videos to Instagram?

I'm not a user of Instagram, so I don't know how strictly their powers-that-be (if any!) control the platform.

Thank you for the tag @mr_lincoln. With this type of scenario, we would address these behaviors through reports on our site. Whether it be a reported listing violation or sales violation, the correct team can take proper actions, however, we are limited in what we are able to do off eBay.

My sincere thanks for the reply and follow up, that's why I tagged the Team opposed to trying to initially respond to the OP.

One thing members can do is use the Report item link via the question mark on the lower right of the page OR if they receive something from Amazon purchased through eBay that they think may be suspect they can use a link to report a Seller: Report an issue with a seller | eBay

eBay DOES allow drop shipping but like most things, there are rules governing its use: Dropshipping and product sourcing | eBay

What is really sad is in the influx of criminals on internet sales venues. The day may come when there is an infrastructure that allows them to be captured and prosecuted. They ruin things for all the honest people out there.
