Report an item as received
I did a local pickup on an item, but the seller had already printed a shipping label. How do I report it as received?

I did a local pickup on an item, but the seller had already printed a shipping label. How do I report it as received?

Mentor3 years agoDid the listing offer Local Pickup? If not, then you were not sent a QR-code for the seller to use. The seller can go to the order and use the option Mark as shipped, even though s/he did not ship, and VOID the shipping label to be credited that shipping amount (must be done within 5 days of printing the label). There is no option for you to mark as receiving the item. All you can do s leave feedback that the item was received.
