Report an issue with seller
I purchased a Chanel sunglasses that listed AUTHENTIC from this seller. After an extended research, these glasses I received are COUNTERFEIT. These counterfeit glasses' logos on the sides don't match with the real logos from the Chanel.com website for the exact style( style# 5481). I tried to contact for a full refund but a runaround from the seller was all I got. I had been scammed for my hard earned money by this seller. Does anyone deal with this before? I submitted a report to Ebay hopefully they take action.

OP1 year agoThank you for your information. The item was purchased on September 5th, 2024 which is not covered by ebay money back guarantee right? But now the case is not a simple return, it's a complaint of counterfeit item. The return request that I submitted on November 8th, 2024 said seller and buyer have until November 25, 2024 to work thing out, after that the case will be closed. So then what? They didn't say. Looking forward to your reply. Thank you!

If the case is still open, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you. Do it before the 15th

OP1 year agoI did what you just showed me, pull up the purchase, then return details but wasn't an option ask ebay to step in and help.
