Sellers are not required to respond except in certain situations, though many sellers will respond as a matter of good customer service.

Mentor4 months agoIf you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
