report a seller
I received some rude emails from a seller after I brought to his attention that the shoes I purchased was filthy and ripped. How do I report this seller?

Well, first you can return the shoes as Not as described - does not match pictures or description via the item in your Purchase history. Using that reason you bypass the Sellers No returns accepted setting and eBay issues you a pre paid shipping label for the return. Follow the steps int he claim, when the Seller gets the items back they have to refund you in 2 days, failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in.
You can also use the Report this item link on the listing to alert eBay of a problem.
