Mentor1 year agoIn addition to the money back guarantee, eBay has procedures to report individual listings using the "Report item" link in the body of the description in the upper right of the listing, and a link for reporting a seller directly:

Ebay has two procedures, one for items not received and one for items not as described.

They are useful if sellers are not honest.
