report a fraud seller to ebay

Hello room, please help me resolve this issue, on June 27, 2025 I make a purchased a Tumi backpack from this seller "STAPL-44" and today I received a tiny less than an inch pendant with the 4 letter words LOVE.

I am home and received this tiny package dropped off at the time. immediately I tried to get ebay to intervene

but I couldn't find any topic related to what I was looking for the only topic closet to this my frustration on help on ebay is to file return and wait for 3 working days , until then I can reach out to ebay to help. so when I file a return I got an email back from ebay that I have to sent this item back to the address in china before they can give me back my refund, and the address read like this "

Guo Jianguo

zhen ping xian nie yang jie dao

cao zhuang lu kou wang nan lu xi cheng xin xiu dian che

Nanyang, æ²³å—çœ, 473000

and gave me this time frame to send it back 08/07/2025

I think this is a SCAM and since I can't contact ebay or help from ebay I don't really know what I can do.

I hope can see this and raise awareness to other that this type of scam would never happen to them.

I am NO LONGER trust in ebay for online purchase going forward, and once this issue is solve or unsolve I will have to ended my relationship with ebay of 15 years as a loyal customer of ebay.

Someone please help spread the word about this fraudulant on ebay website thank you so much

If the sellerâ€™s return shipping address is in another country, they will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or they can refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask Ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.
