"Reply with offer" from messages
In the "how to send a custom offer" from messages section, it says that I can reply with offer and that my offer price can be "higher or lower than the price of the item." I raised the price per item, agreed to pay shipping charges to get to the total price they were willing to pay, and selected Send. The system responded by saying that my price was too high.

Mentor2 years agoShipping is not negotiable in a best offer. You will have to edit the listings with the negotiated price.
