My reply message isn't working, pop up shows (send copy) and it won't let me reply.

Mentor1 year agoSo you are clicking on the "Send message" text, and you see the option to send a copy to your email.
Have you tried typing your message without checking that box? If you must check that box, type your message first before checking the box and sending your message. Or check the box, then click on the field above the box to start typing your message.
