Replacement sent for item that did not arrive ontime. Both now recieved by buyer

Question

I shippped buyer item and it never tracked so I sent them replacement. They have however received original item and the replacement. How do I get return for one of items. They will not respond to my request to either purchase the original shipment or return one of them. Both tracking numbers have shown as delivered as of the other day.

@**finderskeepers** It is best to always refund for the missing item from an eBay item not received case. If you use an eBay shipping label and ship on time, refund from the INR case, then you qualify for the new Seller Protection. eBay will refund you if you meet those requirements and the item does arrive after issuing a refund.

After you refunded the buyer you should have had them purchase the items again instead of sending replacements.

The way you handled this the only option is to send the buyer a return shipping label in eBay messages as a JPEG. You can't force the buyer to send the items back though so beg nicely. Buy the label on Pirateship.com They will refund you for the label after 30 days if it is not used.
