Replacement Label
Hello everyone! I have an item that was damaged and the buyer is requesting a replacement. If I purchase another label through eBay, will it show as a late shipment? Thank you

No, the original shipping label that had the eBay tracking is the one that protected you from a late shipping defect. Each transaction can have 5 separate tracking numbers (as eBay phrases it) so you can print up to 5 separate labels for the transaction. I believe transactions allow this type of activity up to 60 days from the purchase date but might have to get that detail confirmed.
Go to the Sold item, use the drop down menu and select Print another label.
The other option is the same choice to Print another label on this page: Track and manage your shipments
