replacement for returns
Buyer returned item. The buyer agreed to return the item and get a replacement. When I go to return , the only option is a refund. How to I go about sending the replacement with tracking instead of refund?

·3 years agoYou would have to ship the new item and hope the buyer receives it and closes the case before Ebay refunds the buyer.
Be better to refund and let the buyer buy again.
