Replacement
Hi My appeal is that I had contacted the seller before placing the order I am in want for black color instead of the color as listed, but I got the item “ blue “ the same as in the list. I understand their clause “ Returns not accepted†and am forbidden to get black one. Can I request eBay to contact Seller to send black one in replacement of this blue, which In the mean time I will send it back to the seller. I appeal eBay to negotiate on behalf of me to settle this problem. After, you hear from seller kindly let me know of their co-operation.

Mentor3 years agoeBay cannot negotiate with the seller on your behalf. The seller set his return policy which is displayed on the item listing. If he will not exchange the item, there is nothing more to be done.
