replaced item not being returned
The buyer of an item informed me there was a problem with the item so a replacement item was sent to the buyer.
I've so far sent five messages requesting return of the original item but the buyer has not responded once and has failed to return the original item, what can I do?

Mentor10 months agoIf you wanted the original back, then never send another or refund until a Return Request is opened and the original item is returned to you. Nothing ebay can do for you now, you will just have to wait to see if you have an honest buyer. You might try calling the buyer if their number is on the Order Details, but tread lightly or risk bad feedback.
