Can I create a listing of my repeat buyers?

Mentor1 year agoNo @joerosh I was not given any facts or a good explanation of why you wanted the information and the other responder gave one side of it and I provided another. You wouldn't believe how many people want to do exactly what I said and we have to explain the rules. That's why we are here. @gosimus and I answered the best ways possible without knowing what 'creating a listing of repeat buyers' actually means.

OP1 year agoYou're assuming that I'm looking to send out spam when the reason I want this information is to include something extra in their orders in the future. Don't assume when you don't know, it makes you look like an idiot.

I didn't know either; that's why I asked for clarification. Maybe if your question had provided an adequate explanation in the first place, neither @evry1nositswindy nor I would have had to ask for details, or guess at what you meant, or make assumptions. I'll trust windy's assumptions as working hypotheses any day.

Oh yeah, insulting one of us is really the best way to get the other responders to contribute suggestions.
You seem to have been pretty diligent in leaving feedback for your buyers. In the feedback you left for your buyers, can you see the entire username or are they masked in eBay's typical a***z way? I'm not a seller, and don't have any to check to see. If you can see the entire username, you could go down the list and copy each one and paste them into a spread sheet or searchable data base, or, what I'd do, just paste them into a Word document. Probably not feasible if you eBay on your phone, but it'd work for me because I always log in on a desktop computer, and could have Word or Excel running simultaneously on another screen.

Mentor1 year agoNow who's making assumptions? You don't know that ... the reply was simple, declarative, and factual. The responders on this board are volunteers, who answer questions because we have a passion to help others. We don't get paid for this and we don't need insults or abuse, although some entitled a***s think it's just fine to dish it out. Not calling any names here. Good luck, @joerosh.

I need clarification. What do you mean by "create a listing" exactly? Do you mean make a list of your buyers, as in, he's making a list and checking it twice? That reason seems remote, since you don't need to ask if you can or if you may.

OP1 year agoI know sometimes when I get an order eBay will tell me it's a repeat buyer, but I don't think they always do that. So, for example, I had an order today that the buyer looked familiar but I wasn't sure. I am looking for a way to look at all the orders that that particular buyer placed with me. Thanks for your help.
