Reopening Return Request
How do I get in touch with a live person at ebay? I even called the ebay help/support phone number and that too is only automated information now. I'm tired of going around in circles, to only get the same unhelpful information and seeing that once the return request is closed it can't be reopened. I can't believe there is no way possible to reopen a return request even if both the seller and buyer agree it should be reopened. This is very unfair to both of us. How can ebay expect to retain sellers and buyers who are trying to work together when ebay is unavailable to help their members?

You cannot reopen a closed Return Request nor can you file a new request. That is Ebay's policy.
Why was it closed?
Since you are both in agreement, work something out between you.
