Reopening a return request
A buyer accepted my partial refund offer in error and meant to do a return for a full refund. eBay closed the return. How do I request that it be reopened?

·1 year agoThere is no way to reopen a return request, but what you can do is just send them a return shipping label purchased from another source (convert it to an image file and attach it to an eBay message), and then when you receive it back, issue a refund for the remaining amount.
