Reopening a Return

Question

I started a Return but was unable to ship the item back by the return date the system generated, so I closed the return. I’m still within the sellers return timeframe and can now ship it back. How do I reopen the return or start a new return process for the item? It just says return closed..

Although the return was closed and cannot be reopened the seller can still refund you but you will probably have to pay the return shipping charges which will not be reimbursed.

@rnjhag Once closed, a return can’t be reopened.
