Reopening a closed return
I bought a vinyl and it skips...so I started a return. But I cleaned the record and the skip stopped and I closed the return. After listening to the record further, I found another skip....how can I reopen the return?

Once closed, an eBay return cannot be reopened.
You may have some recourse through your payment method, though you may need to pay for return shipping yourself; check with your card issuer for details.
