Reopen return request
I canceled a return request because I wasn't sure where I asked the refund to go. It didn't show this information in the return details. I canceled and now I can't do another request to return it. Help.

Mentor1 year agoOnce closed a refund cannot be reopened.
Refunds can only go back to the original payment source.
You may still have recourse through your payment method.
