Reopen a return request
I chose a wrong reason for a return so I closed it to start over. Bay said I can't start a return because I closed it. How do I start a new return?

Mentor1 year ago@kisski_76 I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it is not possible to reopen a return request, or open a new one once you close the return request.
Your only options now are your funding sources ( PayPal, bank, credit card)
