Reopen a return request
How do I reopen a return request on an item? I had created a return request on ebay as well as paypal, not knowing that I cannot open it on paypal as well. Cancelled the paypal return, but now cannot reopen the ebay return request. How do i go about doing this?

You cannot file a case through both Ebay and Paypal.
Once you file a dispute through Paypal, you forfeit the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.
Once you cancelled the Paypal dispute, you are out of luck unless you contact your funding source, either your credit card company or bank.

If it was an INAD, contact your payment source.
