ReOpen a Return
In the process of returning an item, I accidentally hit close return because it showed two items when there was only one item. I didn't understand that they were including a coupon as an item. Now it shows my return option is closed. How do I reopen the return option?

A closed return request cannot be reopened, nor can a new request be opened on the same item.
