reopen a return
How can I reopen a closed return process?
I received an article that doesn't fit because it was manufactured incorrectly. I initiated the return process, choosing "Not Fit" as the reason for the return. However, eBay stated they would charge me for the return shipping. I had no way to proceed, so I canceled the return process to restart it. But now eBay won't let me restart it.

Once a Return Request has been closed, it cannot be reopened nor can you file a new Return Request regarding the same item.
