Reopen a refund after receiving a partial one.
I purchased a Keurig Coffemaker that was supposed to be an open box, but tested and working item per the seller's listing. Item arrived and water reservoir was broken. The seller talked me into a partial refund of $21 for the cost of the water reservoir, and I received the partial refund from eBay. I have never had a situation like this on eBay. I accepted the refund. I bought a new reservoir and when I tested the unit, it does not work. eBay says the case is closed and they can't do anything. I have spent hours looking online in eBay and the web for a way to get my additional $48 with zero success. Any ideas?

You can not reopen the return or open a new return - it is 1 request per item.
You can call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a non-working item for the remaining value.
