reopen a refund after closing it
Hi everyone,
I'm having an issue with eBay. I purchased an item that arrived damaged and opened a return request. However, I accidentally submitted the request without including the necessary images as proof and then closed the request to create another one, but now it won't let me do so. The eBay automated assistant is telling me that it can't help because I've already closed the request.
I'm looking for guidance on how I can resolve this. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has advice on what to do, I would greatly appreciate your help.
