reopen a previously closed return request

I had submitted a return request and then cancelled it. Now the seller wants to have me return it and wants to send me the shipping labels to do this but can't do it since the return was cancelled. The system does not let you open another return request. How do I get a new return request?

Once you closed the return request it can no longer be reopened. You would now need to work out a way outside of eBay to make the return. eBay cannot help with this process or force the seller to refund you.
