reopen a CLOSED RETURN

Question

I started a return for 4 car armrests. A pair for the front and a pair for the back. The ones in the back were the correct size, but the front were the wrong size. I stated in the RETURN I would return the incorrect pair thinking the seller would send the correct size (and perhaps a price difference). EBAY closed the return since I said I wasn't sending all of them. The seller did tell me to return them all. But I can't REOPEN the return - it's already closed. What can I do?

Since the return has been closed, there's nothing you can do through Ebay. If you paid through Pay Pal, you can start a return with them.
