Mentor3 weeks agoYou cannot. Once you file the returns request, and then close it, for whatever reason, you cannot file another one.
If you paid with a credit card, then contact the credit card issuer regarding a chargeback. Most will allow a chjargeback up to 180 days from the transaction.
