rental

Question

Can I have a listing where the buyer would have the option of buying or renting the product. The buyer would pay full price . Then after using the product they would return it and get refunded everything above the rental fee.

This is not something that you can set up through eBay. Although in theory what you describe can happen you need to know that eBay keeps track of returns and if you have many returns your account would be sanctioned or suspended.
