Renewing a Classified Ad as it expires
Hi. Looking to renew my classified ad (i.e., pay for another 30-90 days). Chat AI is *not* understanding/helpful. Can I do this so I do not have to reload photos for the ad? Will eBay send me an email reminder that my ad is getting close, as it is now about 3 days away from expiring. I have not yet received a notice. Thanks.

Mentor9 months agoGo to Seller Hub > Listings > Unsold (or Active if it's expiring), find your ad, and click Relist (or use the "Revise" option if it's still active) to create a new 30-day listing with a new fee.

OP9 months agoeBay also did not notify me (as they have done in the past) of your reply, so I just am seeing it today, 4 days after you posted it. I thought it was odd that the Community let me down, as they had never done before.
Also, I found out that eBay does NOT let you relist before it expires. So your views and saves start all over, which is not good IMO. They also charge the same credit card as before, and do not ask if you want to use a different card, which I wanted to. Not such a good experience here. Hopefully the Classified Ad works this time for a sale, but it did NOT in the first 30-day ad I listed it in.
