Reneged on my accepted purchase because of inaccurate shipping info
I bid $30 on a $35 item that was advertised as having free shipping. The bid was accepted & my card was charged. Seller then realized they didn't intend to offer free shipping (according to a note they posted), canceled the order *citing an inaccurate delivery address* & refunded my card (has not gone through yet).
They've reposted the item with a $22 shipping charge.
Why is their mistake (or ebay's) my problem? Assuming the refund goes through, I don't expect to take this any further. But sellers should own up to their false or misleading advertising & sell the item as described. I would like to give them a negative review but don't appear to be able to since my order was canceled. Any suggestions?

4. Seller stated s/he cancelled due to a problem with delivery address to avoid a defect. The listing had Free Shipping and that is why seller cancelled and relisted with $22 shipping.
