    Removing unfair rating
                     

    I have a 4.9 for shipping speed. Customers purchase was sent out on the same day it was purchased. Post office delayed it. This was not my fault. What should I do?

    @magims  I know it's annoying to get low DSR's ( stars) for shipping speed or cost when you these are mostly outside of your control.   However even if the buyer was willing to change the star rating they can't.  

     

    Don't worry about it, buyers look at your feedback number and %.

     

    Many years ago low DSRs counted as DEFECTS.   They don't matter as far as eBay is concerned now.
