removing purchase history

I wish to remove previous years of purchase history....how do I do this?

There are always posts from buyers who need information of their purchases from years past for insurance purposes. If ebay allowed buyers to remove that information, they would not be able to retrieve that information if it is needed down the road.

@wimglo You cannot remove items from your Purchase History. You can only hide items that you have purchased within the past 60 days.
