Removing Negative Feedback - What Options Are there After Initial Denial
Are there any options to remove a negative feedback? A little background is I sell products that are dependent on authenticity. I had one zero review buyer purchase something from me and left a negative feedback saying my product is fake. Since then, my sales have dropped. Buyer was offered a full refund and despite this, still left the negative feedback. Buyer also hasn't bothered to ship back the product, Ebay refused to remove the feedback. Ebay is also withholding my funds, does anyone know what my options are? I have already responded to the negative feedback. Thank you.

Mentor1 year agoFirst make sure you accept the return and do not refund until the item is returned.
Sorry, but other than leaving a feedback reply there is not much you can do if buyer is unwilling to revise the feedback.
Did buyer in anyway threaten the negative feedback beforehand?
Did buyer open a Return Request?
What proof do you have that the item is authentic?
