Removing negative feedback
Is there a way to get negative feedback removed after almost a year. Buyer thought this was Amazon and blasted me cause the 5 vintage zippos I sold, only 3 worked and the other 2 just needed flints. My description never stated any of them worked and were just novelty vintage lighters. Is there anyway to get this removed as this one negative feedback has my seller feedback rating at a 93.8. Thank you

The deadline to request feedback removal is 90 days.
Ebay has a fairly new policy that allows for automatic positive feedback for Sellers if a sale is delivered on time with no issues. All you can really do right now is to keep listing and selling to get your feedback score up.
