Removing negative feedback
Recently had a buyer leave negative feedback regarding and unfinished project item that was clearly mentioned as being "Unfinished" in the listing description and contained exact details on what needed to be done to complete the items.
After receiving negative feedback, I contacted the buyer , refunded the item, and sent a feedback change request.
The buyer responded that they appreciated the resolution and would change the feedback, but never did.
Will Ebay remove the feedback under any circumstances now that the item was refunded and seller kept it anyway?
Any other suggestions?
