removing feedback that used positive rating and extremely negative comments

Buyer left positive rating, but dishonest negative comments on feedback. Does not seem to be a place to report this.

The feedback does not qualify for removal. From here, it looks like 100% true statements.

Sellers are not allowed to leave ‘less than positive’ feedback for buyers.

Often, having a return policy that allows buyers to pay for their return shipping label will eliminate frustrated buyers.

I would not have responded to their feedback as it draws attention to what would have been just another positive that no one looks at.
