Removing feedback

Question

Had a buyer who opened a return and then canceled return giving me negative feedback full of lies. Claimed the holster was missing some options. No where in my description or pictures show what he is claiming. All holster was exactly as described and photos prove it. eBay denied to remove the feedback saying he did nothing wrong. How do I appeal their decision? He complained about things that were not in my description as the reason. Thanks

Whether factual or not, the buyerâ€™s feedback is an opinion of the item/transaction. It does not violate eBay policy, so itâ€™s unlikely to be removed.
