Mentor1 year agoYou have left several negatives for not receiving items. As told to you by many mentors, you need to look at your estimated delivery date and open a case of item not received if the date has passed. You mention opening a case in one of your negatives, so you do know how to do it.
Your latest negative is from a seller in China with a 90% feedback rating. That account has plenty of negatives that you shouldn't have purchased from them. Shipping from China takes a long time, so your estimated delivery date could be a month or two. That time is shown on the listing. I click on an item and it showed me a delivery date of March 11 if I purchased today. Don't buy from China if you are in a hurry.

OP1 year agoEbay has to change they police. Otherwise lose the business. After 20 years I move to Amazon. Never late, get the money back with no question ask. Don't have to wait for YOUR money months. Have a nice day.

Again, you do not have to wait a month to request a refund for an item not received. This has been pointed out on this thread three times now
If you want you money back ASAP, then follow the instructions ASAP that I provided above four days ago...
If you didn't receive the item, you should follow these instructions to get your money back within one month of the estimated delivery date...
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.

I can see that you have left several negative feedback ratings for your sellers.
eBay WILL remove negative feedback when it violates policy or if you win a case for an item not received or not as described.

Mentor1 year agoYou don't have to wait 30 days. The minute the item is one day late, you can file an Item Not Received case to get your money back. You have up to 30 days past the last estimated delivery date to do so.

If you reread what I wrote, I said you have "up to 30 days" - you don't have to wait 30 days.
(I'm both a buyer and a seller, and I'm advising you on how to get your money back. You can follow the process eBay gives you or lose your money. That's up to you. I'm just trying to help you.)

You not only misread @inceptions answer … you disrespected one of the most outstanding, and least biased, Community volunteers.
Leaving feedback has always been totally voluntary. Nobody has to leave it … and nothing will happen to you if you stop leaving it.
I am a buyer only. [I mention that only because it seems to matter to you.] We have up to 30 days (from the estimated delivery date) to file a claim. We DO NOT have to wait 30 days.
And you have a nice day as well.

Nobody is trying to encourage you to stay with eBay. We HAVE tried to explain to you how to get refunded and to correct some misimpressions you had. By all means ... leave eBay if that's what you want to do. We don't care where you shop.
But if you waited 57 days before taking any action on an item you purchased ... then you likely passed the deadline for getting a refund from eBay. You should still be able to get refunded by either PayPal or your credit card company. I recommend you contact either of those for a refund.
