Removing bad feedback
How do you get eBay to remove negative feedback that scammers and bad buyers leave. already tried to dispute it and eBay refused to remove it stating that they don't take sides and they are a neutral party. I didn't do anything wrong. this really effects my sales. I have seen it in the numbers.

Since neither feedback violates Ebay feedback policy, they will not remove it. Buyers are allowed to voice their opinion of the transaction in their feedback.
Did you refund both buyers? If so, did you send them a Feedback Revision request after you refunded?
