removing a restrictive item from my unsold list

Question

I listed a vintage collectible bottle that still had wine inside. The item is no allowed, OK, however the Ebay system will NOT let me remove the listing. I tried the Resolve option, end listing an only get an error message. So I tried the Appeal option and received an automated denial email, which is obvious because I wasn't appealing I simply was asking how to remove it. I am not say enough to find an email that a real person with Ebay may help me. Can someone please help me so I don't have to...

Yes, @comics-scifi-collectibles is spot on ... I am waiting patiently for one to drop off my Unsold file too, It is about halfway there. There are a few circumstances where a listing gets stuck in eBay's programming for the 90 day period. Unpaid auctions is one example as is cancelling a transaction as unpaid at the Buyer's request prior to it being paid for, these get stuck in the Leave Feedback file for Sellers.

@horsefeatherestuff I believe that you just have to wait for the item to automatically delete in 90 days from your unsold section. Let me tag a fellow mentor that dealt with this issue> @mr_lincoln
