removing a listing
Summary: 43now_24 has experienced difficulties with a listing for an item they have donated after receiving no reasonable bids. Despite an email confirmation of the item being sold, they see no record of this in their seller hub and have not received any funds. Efforts to resolve the issue through contacting an agent have only led to interactions with an unhelpful AI assistant, and attempts to communicate with the buyer have been thwarted by technical problems. 43now_24 is seeking advice for resolving these issues.
I had an item for sale and have now donated it after having no reasonable bids. I have tried numerous times to take down the listing but under the seller hub it shows I have no listings at all. Last week the item was sold but still I do not have a listing under sold either. I got an email that it was sold but I still do not see any funds coming through. I have tried to contact an agent but keep getting sent to an AI assistant which never resolves the issue. I have tried to message the buyer about the situation that I no longer have the item and the site just says there was a technical problem try again later. Does anyone have a solution???
