Go to the active listings page and select end from next to the item.
OR select the photo on this page>

If the item has sold then you have to cancel as out of stock / damaged from the drop down menu next to the sold item. Unfortunately you do get a defect. Canceling the order starts the refund process if the buyer has paid.
