Removing a defect after 90 days
Good evening,
I think I am paying great attention to my Seller Dashboard, but a late shipment defect has gotten past me. Ebay has dinged me for a late shipment during a Federal Holiday. Does anyone know how to reverse a late shipment defect after 90 days? And again, the late shipment occurred during a Federal holiday.

If a defect is eligible for removal, eBay will do that automatically within 72 hours. After that, you would have up to 90 days to appeal. There are no exceptions. Here is more information:
