Removing a bid
A buyer wants to cancel a bid for an item and I don’t know how to do that for them… everything I tried doesn’t seem to remove their bid… please help

·2 years agoGo to the Site Map (link at the bottom of this and most ebay.com pages) Sell Section (use the shortcut at the top--it's a long scroll down) and you'll find the link to that and several other useful seller tools, especially to your Block Bidder/Buyer List to which you should at least seriously consider adding those who ask you to cancel and those who lie to retract. Best to do that in a separate tab/window from the Bid History Page since you'll need information from there to fill out the form.
What exactly have you tried that didn't work? Did you get an error message and if so what exactly did it say?
