Recently I have listed a smartwatch, and it was removed because eBay stated is counterfeited, the item is not counterfeited, and I have appealed the case submitting all documentation and purchased receipt, and still the item is pending as policy violation. I need to speak with an agent about this matter, I really don't know or understand what is the factual reason about it. How can I contact eBay agent. Thank you
