Removed for Firearms
My listing was removed, then edited, then removed again. I called an agent who looked at my listing and asked some questions.
She was quite understanding and submitted evidence to my appeal in my favour as this is not a firearm part.
However, my appeal was rejected. I have no idea why - the rejection reason is for assault weapons accessories. The listing is an Airsoft handguard of which there are many, many similar listings. The listing made it quite clear this is an Airsoft part.l and the product itself is not rated for firearms usage.
There are two photos of the handguard which only show the unattached item and no Airsoft gun.
The description and title were as follows:

What is within this listing that is contravening the policy? It's not a firearm part - it quite literally has AIRSOFT USE written on the item.

Mentor4 months ago@sidarcy86 I understand that this is frustrating unfortunately once an item is removed you need to sell it elsewhere. The agents can NOT reset the bots that flagged your account so the item will just be removed again and then you be suspended. I have heard this happening SOOO many times to sellers when an agent said it was ok to relist.

OP4 months agoThanks, I guess this is a lost cause. Real shame as the part is really cool and I just want it to go to a good home!
